Delete your data

You can ask Embarc to remove the connections you made here at any time.

When you connect an account, Embarc saves a secure access key for that account and a short record of what you connected. Embarc uses it only to read performance numbers for your reports.

How to remove it

Email support@embarcwithus.com from the address you gave Embarc and say which accounts to disconnect. Embarc deletes the saved access keys and connection records within 30 days and confirms by email.

You can also cut off access yourself, right away, from the platform: remove EmberMetrics from your connected apps in Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok, or delete the API key you gave us in CallRail or Klaviyo.
